The health, safety and well-being of our clients, employees and the communities we serve are a priority. We know you are actively requesting more information. For all of us, what we know about COVID-19 is changing day-to-day. We are responding to rapid changes and will communicate to you what is known and what we’re doing, assuring you that we are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), in addition to HHS guidelines. As we take a number of extra precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees / nurses, patients, and third party providers such as contractors; we shall keep accepting new patients and providing services as usual, nevertheless we implemented an individualized contingency plan for every and each patient we serve to ensure continuity of care and compliance , in addition to a coronavirus preventive strong measures as part of our updated Infection prevention and control policy, meantime we presented several professional in-services to all our team involved in patient care.
Meanwhile, that we are in close communication with our field staff, physicians / referral sources, which are all adhering to the guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-1 and our infectious control monitoring policy. Please be aware that we don’t have any changes in the agencies’ policies in the time being that may prevent us from providing the best care to our patients or to the new referrals , yet we will inform you of any relevant changes being made to home care policies and procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines
